Activities We Do

We hold a yearly meetup in celebration of the International Women's Day (IWD). Professionals are invited to share their journey to our Ladies.

Digital Events

Due to Covid-19, we created a stream of digital events to engaged with the community and to expand our network to other experts world wide.

Our Ladies4Impact bootcamp is a 16 weeks practical software and design training provided free for our community members yearly.

Our mentorship program gives the Ladies the stamina they need to excel in life. We connect each member to our pool of counselors and advisors for guidance.

Personal Development

We give our tech ladies the self-confidence they need to find their voice in the society and contribute their quota in their immediate community.

Our monthly workshop focuses on helping the Ladies acquire other entrepreneur skills and soft skills for them to become independent.

Hear from the community

"I would like to express my heartfelt thanks and appreciations to the Almighty Allah for taking us through this program. For me personally, it is a dream come true because I have always wanted to see myself coding. To innovation team, I say a big thank you for the tireless support. It was great working together. It was wonderful being part of this beautiful journey."

Safiyatou Diallo

"I want to use this opportunity to thank and appreciate the LADIES4IMPACT BootCamp program. The training has taught me proper coding and where to place them when building a website. In the coming year, my goal is to become one of Liberia's best web developer, building websites for large companies and the society at large. I want to also appreciate our facilitators, the Innovation Team for bringing young women together for such a positive venture as this one. Words are inadequate to express how grateful we are for this once in a lifetime opportunity afforded us."

Antonia A. Sieh

"I would like to appreciate our proud sponsor Lonestar Cell/MTN for providing this well educative opportunity for us (Liberian females), because many are willing to be educated but there's no funds, while others have funds and can't get the quality of education. It is because of this Pre-boot camp, I have no fear of becoming a Programmer or a Software Developer. To our responsive, creative and organized facilitators at Innovation Team, we say thank you. We couldn't have had this opportunity without your optimistic ideas and vision of improvising the condition of young women across this country"
